§ Engagement paths

Two tracks. One promise.

Foxbriar engagements take one of two shapes — depending on whether you need the foundation built or the bottleneck removed. Both are senior-led, scoped, and built to ship.

TRACK_I6–10 WEEKS
For idea and seed-stage founders.

Architect Track

Build the foundation.

Serious thinking applied to the foundation — before you spend the runway disproving it.

When to choose it
  • You're funded or willing to pay for clarity
  • The model, offer, or GTM is unproven
  • You want structure, not a brainstorm
  • The next 6–12 months need a real plan
Typical outputs
  • Refined business model and offer structure
  • GTM path with sequenced motion
  • Operating plan for the next two quarters
  • Hiring, partner, and capital priorities
Not included
  • Free advisory or open-ended mentorship
  • Pitch deck wordsmithing
  • Building your team for you

For growth-stage teams.

Operator Track

Remove the bottleneck.

Senior execution to own the bottleneck and move work that has been stuck for quarters.

When to choose it
  • There's a named priority that keeps slipping
  • The owner is unclear or overloaded
  • GTM, monetization, or partnerships are stalled
  • You need motion, not another strategy doc
Typical outputs
  • Diagnosed bottleneck with clear ownership
  • Working plan with cadence and rituals
  • Live execution alongside your team
  • A handoff that survives our exit
Not included
  • Long-tail retainer arrangements
  • Replacing your leadership team
  • Procurement-heavy enterprise work

§ Engagement model

Every engagement is fixed in scope and time. We define the priority, agree the outputs, and commit to a window — typically four to twelve weeks. No retainer drift. No expanding statements of work.

The Architect Track is weighted toward strategic structure with execution priming. The Operator Track is weighted toward execution with strategy applied where it unblocks the work.

Foxbriar is fundamentally an execution-oriented strategic operator. The early-stage offer exists because the same operator-grade thinking is what de-risks a founder. The flagship work is moving stuck initiatives into momentum.
